A small Genea app runs on the camera itself
Each installer is made for one camera. It is tied to the camera's MAC address and cannot be used on another camera
The camera records to its own SD card
You view live and recorded video in Genea Video like any other camera

Cameras running Axis OS older than 12.10
Axis devices that are not cameras, such as speakers, intercoms, door controllers and recorders
Check your camera
Find your model in the lists above
Check that the Axis OS version is 12.10 or newer. You can see it in the camera's web interface
Check that an SD card is installed. A larger card keeps more days of footage
