Genea Portal enables us to notify you automatically when:

  • Invoice statements have been submitted for approval

  • There are invoices still waiting for approval after a specified period of time

  • There are missing non-networked meter reads or utility bills and the accounting deadline is near

Genea team also gets notified immediately when:

  • You approve invoices statements

  • You request changes to your invoice statements through the Genea Portal

  • You upload utility bills into the Genea Portal

These notifications are configured by the Genea Customer Success team, and they can be role-specific (for example, “All Property Manager users”), or can be directed at one or more email addresses. (For instance “pm@property.com, billing@property.com” etc.)
