Uploading Utility Bills into the new Genea Portal is easy - From the Building Dashboard, just hit Upload Bill
next to the corresponding account, and you will be prompted for a file upload. Our team will double-check the file that you upload and, once we have all the utility bills, we will proceed with the audit process.
Once you upload a Utility Bill, Genea Portal will immediately let us know, eliminating the need for email back-and-forths.
