This article describes how you can add and manage users for Genea v4 and mobile app

As a property manager or tenant manager, you can use the "Users" menu to manage or add new users.

Add User

  1. Navigate to the User menu and click the Create button

  2. You will be navigated to the create user page. Fill first name, last name, email and other details

3. Next, decide at what level you would like to assign the user rights and accordingly select the role and the building name

4. Click on the "Save & Close" button. The user should have received an invitation email from Genea

Manage User

  1. Navigate to the User menu and find the user you want to make updates for using the available filters.

  2. Click on the user first name to see the user details

  3. Make edits as required.

  4. You can also send the email invite or reset password email to the user.
