This article walks you through how to connect, configure, and register 2N intercoms (Verso, Solo, Force, Style, Base, and more) so they appear as online and make/receive calls within the Genea dashboard.
What This Article Helps You Do
Configure your 2N intercom device with Genea’s SIP credentials

Troubleshooting
Device not registering?
Double-check SIP credentials and TLS settings. Ensure licenses (SIPS + SRTP) are active and that your network allows port 5061.
No audio/video during calls?
Check codec selections, and ensure RTP ports 10000–20000 are open on both ends.
Call fails or cuts off?
Try increasing RTP timeout and lowering registration expiry. Keep-alive packets should be enabled.
