Key Features and Capabilities

Invite Guests / Visitors

Similar to the Invite tab in the Visitor Management module, users can:

  • Invite new visitors using the +Add button

  • Pre-register guests or register walk-in visitors

  • Set the visit date (defaults to today, but you can select future dates as needed)

Visitor Summary insights

At the top of the widget, you'll find four key insight boxes, displaying real-time data for the selected location:

1. Total Visitors

Shows the total number of visitors scheduled for the selected day β€” including both pre-registered and walk-in visitors. Declined or cancelled visits are excluded.

2. On Premise

Indicates visitors currently on-site, identified by their Arrived status. Arrival can be logged via: Reader Access, or iPad Self-Check-in, or Manual check-in via QR, Manual Status update.

A comparison chart bar below this section visually breaks down the counts for Arrived, Expected, and Checked-Out visitors of the day.

3. Walk-in Visits

Displays the number of guests who arrived without prior registration or Walk-in category. A comparison bar highlights the ratio of walk-ins and pre-registered guests to total visitors.

4. Watch-listed

Tracks visitors flagged by your organization's Watchlist. When a match checks in, the counter increases, and an amber alert highlights the new entry.

Clicking any insight box opens a side drawer with a tabular grid containing detailed visitor records.
