Admins can control if they want their employees to be able to create a multi-day visit or not. Admins can disable the multi-day visit option under Visitor Management > Settings in the admin dashboard, to disallow employees from creating long-term visits for their visitors.

To control the multi-day setting, proceed as below:

1) Navigate to Visitor Management > Check-in flow > Visitor Type > Settings in your admin dashboard.

2) Under "Multi Day Visit Settings", enable the option "Allow Scheduling a multi-day visit".

Note: If a QR is assigned to the visitor for a multi-day visit, then the same QR will work for all days in the visit duration.

For a building-sync enabled Genea system, multi-day visit settings for tenant users will depend on the settings done by building admins and tenant admins and will behave as below:
