Sometimes, when tenants move in or out, when there are special circumstances, there are changes that need to be made to the invoices that our team generates and audits. Genea Portal now makes that process easy - you can request changes directly from the portal by hitting Request Changes
in the Invoice Preview:
Should you need to make changes to your request, you can always do so by hitting Update Request
. Our team will be notified immediately with the details of your request, and we will get to work to address your needs. The billing cycle will be in Changes requested
status, and request details will be visible on the Invoicing Dashboard until changes are made and Invoice Statements re-submitted for approval. You will be automatically notified once the adjusted statements are ready for review and approval.
