How to add or manage users using Overtime HVAC Mobile app?

As property manager or tenant manager you can now add or manage users using Genea Overtime HVAC Mobile App

The "User" menu in the Genea Overtime HVAC mobile app allows users with property manager or tenant manager roles to add users or manage existing user.

Add a new user

To add a new user, navigate to the "Users" menu in the new app and follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the "+" icon on the top right corner.

  2. Fill the required fields on the form and click the "Continue to Role Selection' button.

  3. Select the users role access details and click "Proceed to Assign Role".

  4. Click "Add New Role" if you require to add more roles for the same users or click on "Save" to complete the process.

  5. The new added users will now receive an invitation email to access the Genea system.

Update a user information

If you require to update the user information like contact details or change role access then follow the steps below:

  1. Find the users using the search or filter option in the "Users" page.

  2. Click on the desired user. You can now review all the user details.

  3. Click on the edit/delete options as required to open the required details and make the desired changes.

Delete a user

You cannot delete a user completely from the system but you can mark a user as Inactive. This will take away all access from the user to access Genea system. To mark a user as inactive follow the same steps as to update user information and find the Account Status toggle as shown in the image below

Turn off the Active toggle to inactive the user.
