Genea Visitor Management provides the capability to search the visitors by their Name or the different details of their visits quickly from the Invite page, including for Upcoming Visits, Address-book or Visitor Logs for quick search and easy findings.
User can simply go to the Search bar available on right top corner of the Invite tab and enter the search criteria i.e., "Ryan" and click enter, it will search all invitations matching the name "Ryan" from the invite details available on the dashboard of Invite page.
Additionally, if you're interested in looking for the invite data based on the different categories i.e., instead of Name, you would like to search the "James" in Email Address or Host Name, you can write the search criteria and before pressing the enter key, you can select the category in which you would like to select it, simply through up-down arrow key or mouse hover and system will present the data containing the search criteria in the selected category instead of the default Name field.
It helps you search the relevant fields by selecting the category i.e., Name, Email Address, Host Name, Card Number, Status, and even a Visitor type.
If you're using a building portal, and your data shows the invite details for different Tenants, you'll have an additional field of search by or filter by "Tenant" to filter the records with.
If you don't wish to change or clear the search the criteria then can click the Cancel button 'x' or can remove the category through keyboard and it will return the original result.
Additionally, you can filter the records on top of the searched data or vice versa to further get the more precise filtered results.
User can search with anyone criteria from the search box. Additionally if you wish, you can add the further criteria on the Filter fields and can trim down the results to achieve the desired filtered values.
Similar to Upcoming invites page, User can utilize the Search and Filter function on the Address-Book and Visitor Logs tab as well using the applicable search fields and/or Filter fields.
