When trying to issue a physical credential, such as a keycard or a key fob, are you finding a box that reads, "Keycard Access unavailable. Contact acsupport@getgenea.com to activate it?" If so, this indicates that your physical credential card format has not yet been enabled for your Genea system.
Please contact acsupport@getgenea.com to enable physical key support for your Genea system. Genea will need all card format details, so please have that information at hand.
