The dashboard gives you overview of the building's revenue and request as well as allow you to manage or review any new or old invoices.

A couple of things to note:

By default, you will always land on the alphabetical first building associated with your account. If you manage more than one building, then you can switch from here

The number in the red circle shows you any pending action for that building.
