The functionality described in this article will be supported for Arcules Video Management System (VMS) Cameras.
Additionally, please ensure that your Genea Mobile Access app is upgraded to the latest version:

Similar to the video management features available on the web portal, the mobile app supports a highly useful feature for checking live and playback data directly on your mobile device.
Search for Access Control Events on the Mobile App
Navigate to Activity Logs: Tap on More in the app's navigation menu. Select Activity Logs from the menu options.
Search for Access Control Logs within the Activity Logs section.
Entries with video footage will be identified by a Camera icon. Tap on the Camera icon associated with the desired event.
A list of available cameras will appear. Choose the specific camera related to the event.
The app will begin playing the video data associated with that Access Log event.
To view in landscape mode, use the "Full Screen" button or rotate your device. Rotate back or exit full screen to return to portrait mode.
If there are gaps in the recorded feed, the player will automatically seek the next available feed.
To view the live stream:
Tap the "Go Live" button to start watching the live stream from the camera.
The "Live" button will be enabled on the screen, distinguishing it from recorded streams. Additionally, the current live timestamp will be displayed.
To search playback video:
Use the calendar search functionality to find historical or recorded data.
Enter the date and time you wish to view.
The app will search for available data. If data is found, playback will start from the specified timestamp. If data is unavailable for the exact timestamp, playback will automatically seek to the nearest available data.
Users can utilize the 10-second forward and 10-second backward buttons to navigate through the desired feed.
Once finished, click the "Back" button to switch to another camera view feed or return to the Access Logs data.
