For security reasons, Genea mobile keys cannot be downloaded onto multiple devices.

When you download and activate a Genea mobile key, the key is attached to your specific phone, meaning it will not work on any other device. This is to ensure office and community safety, as it deters users from transferring and sharing their keys with friends or acquaintances.

If you need to add a Genea mobile key to a secondary device, you will need to request that your office or community administrator issue you a second key. After logging into your Genea account on your secondary phone, your second key should appear within your app's keychain. Simply activate it and your mobile key will be ready to use.
