With every Genea mobile key comes a 16-digit invitation code. In the rare event that a mobile key fails to appear in its app keychain following activation, the key's invitation code can typically be used to manually add the key to its smartphone. If you need your invitation code for this reason, you will want to request the code from one of your office or community administrators.
A mobile key (and it's corresponding 16-digit invitation code) can only be redeemed a single time on a single mobile device. If you are looking to use your code in order to add an existing mobile key onto a new or secondary phone, your code will not work. Instead, you will need a new mobile key for any new or secondary phone.
To ensure the safety of our clients' offices and communities, per Genea policy we are unable to issue keys directly to users without written permission from a system administrator. In order to obtain a new mobile key with a new 16-digit code, you will want to reach out to your office or community administrator directly.
