Can Genea Support send me a new mobile key?

For security reasons, Genea Support is unable to issue mobile keys to users.

To ensure the safety of our clients' offices and communities, per Genea policy we are unable to issue mobiles keys directly to users without written permission from a system administrator. Genea is simply unable to verify user identity and access permissions. For these reasons, we are unable to distribute new mobile keys. 

In order to obtain a new mobile key, you will need to reach out to your office or community administrators directly. Once issued a new mobile key, the key should appear in your app keychain ready for activation.
