If you've been issued a Genea mobile key but it is not present in your app for activation, and if your 16-digit invitation code is failing to work, it might mean that your mobile key invitation has expired.
Genea mobile key invitations expire if not redeemed within 30 days of issuance. To ensure the safety of our clients' offices and communities, per Genea policy we are unable to issue keys directly to users without written permission from a system administrator. If your mobile key invitation has expired, please reach out to your office or community administrator directly to request a new key.
