If you have an iPad or Neat Frame paired with your Genea Visitor Management system, walk-in visitors can check in directly from the device. The registration steps are the same across both devices:
1) To begin registration, visitors tap "Check-in on Kiosk" â "I'm Walking In. Check-in Now" at the device's home screen.
2) Visitors are prompted to fill in their information. After supplying all required details, they tap Proceed.
3) Visitors then answer any questions built into your sign-in flow, if applicable, tapping Proceed after each one.
4) If you require an identification photo, visitors are prompted to take a selfie. They'll follow the on-screen instructions and tap Save once satisfied with the image.
5) If you require visitors to sign documents (e.g., an NDA), they'll be prompted to sign using their finger on the device screen, then tap "Sign the agreement" to complete the paperwork.
If a visitor declines to sign and taps Reject, the registration process stops immediately and the visitor cannot complete check-in.
7) Once registration is complete, the visitor's host is notified of the status of Check-in
