With Genea, you have the capability to generate an Arrival Report on building access logs for a tenant. This report allows tenants to export arrival data for their employees, showing when they accessed the building. It is very similar to that of a basic arrival report. To export your report, follow the steps listed below:

1) Navigate to the 'Activity' page in your Genea admin dashboard.

2) Access the 'Access Logs' tab.

3) Select 'More" followed by 'Arrival Report' button.

4) Once the 'Arrival Report' button is selected, a window will open where you can enter the following details:

  • Start and End date (Within 31 days max)

  • Note: If you attempt to generate a report for more than 31 days, you will receive the following message:

  • You have the option to select Building Access Groups (multi-select drop down menu)

  • To include the "Exit Time" data in the report, you will need to toggle the option.

    • Note: By default, "Exit Time" is disabled.

  • To include "Absent Users" data in the report, you will need to toggle the option.

    • Note: By default, "Absent Users" is disabled.

5) You have a "Cancel" option button to close the window which will simply take you back to the Access Log page.

6) Once all data is entered, click on the Export button to generate your Arrival Report. It will automatically generate and download onto your computer as a CSV file.
