Recommended Gateway for Genea Direct Integration

For Direct Integration with the Genea Application, we recommend using the Dell OptiPlex Micro Form Factor 7020 or a similar device that meets the specifications below.

  • Note: If the gateway does not come with Ubuntu, Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS can be installed manually. For any assistance, please contact Genea Support.

Processor:

  • Intel® Core™ i3-14100T (8 virtual cores, 64-bit)

Memory (RAM):

  • Minimum: 8 GB DDR5 (SODIMM, Non-ECC)

  • Supported Speeds: 4800 MT/s, 5600 MT/s

  • Slots: 2 SODIMM (dual channel)

  • Maximum Capacity: 64 GB (2 x 32 GB)

Storage (SSD):

  • Minimum: 256 GB

  • Slots: 2 x M.2 (NVMe, PCIe Gen4)

  • Supported Sizes: Up to 2 TB per slot (total 4 TB with RAID option)

  • Supported Form Factors: M.2 2230 and 2280

Network Card (NIC) Requirements:

  • 2 NICs required

  • If only one NIC is available, a USB-to-LAN adapter will be needed
