Genea offers various tiered sub-admin roles that give you greater control and customization over what functions any given administrator can perform. 

What are tiered sub-admins roles?

Tiered sub-admins are just like regular administrators, except they have access to fewer functionalities within your Genea system.

Why do I need tiered sub-admins?

Full system administrators can do anything within their Genea system as they have full access. Unlike full administrators, tiered sub-admin roles are useful when you'd like to give someone limited administrative permissions within your Genea account. 

For example, if your building needs a front desk attendant, you might only want to provide him or her the ability to remotely quick grant unlock your property doors, and to be able to monitor visitor activity.

What tiered admin roles does Genea provide?

In addition to the full system Admin role, there are currently three tiered sub-admin roles: Security, User Manager, and Front Desk.

These are the permissions each sub-admin role entails:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Security and Front Desk sub-admin roles will only be able to remotely quick grant unlock doors within their assigned Access Group.
