Need to edit your own user information or access your Genea API token? These user related settings can be found under the 'My Profile' section in your Genea admin web account.
Under the 'My Profile' section, full system administrators can find and/or edit the following details:
- Reset Password
- Edit username and/or email address
- Enable 2-Factor Authentication for his or her individual account
- Find Genea API Token
- Review and/or revoke account logins
To navigate to your 'My Profile' section, click on your user icon in the top right-hand corner of your admin account. Next, click on the 'My Profile' option.
