Need to know which users have badged in at your property for the day? Or perhaps you'd like to know which users haven't used their keys for a given amount of time? You can easily gather this data by filtering your users by their attendance. This can help you keep track of which users are utilizing your space most often, or rid your system of users who many no longer need access.

How to Filter Users By Attendance

1) On the 'Users' tab in your Genea admin dashboard, click on the 'Filter' button.

2) Check the 'Attendance' box. You will be given the choice to filter your users by 'Today's attendance,' or by their absence.

3) If you choose to filter by 'Today's attendance,' select the option and click the 'Apply' button to get your results. This will pull up a list of all users who have scanned their credentials at least one time at one of your property readers during the day. IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that the filtered results may not be comprehensive. Users who are present but have not scanned their keys at one of your property readers (i.e. someone else opened the door for them) will not be included within the data.

4) If you choose to filter by user absence, click the 'Absent' option. Select the number of days for which you'd like to see users who have not scanned their keys on your property. Click the 'Apply' button to get your results. This will pull up a list of all users who have not scanned their keys at your property within the chosen number of days.
