With Genea you can gain valuable insight about your office or community’s access activity by referring to your admin dashboard. Your dashboard displays 7 charts, graphs and lists that detail your user attendance, busiest hours, busiest access points and more. Learn more about each figure below.

The attendance graph will display how many users are present at your office or community each day, as well as how many users are absent. This graph only accounts for users who have scanned their credential at one of your office or community readers and successfully gained access, and each user will only be counted once. This graph logs attendance within a 24 hour time span and will refresh at 12 AM each morning. 

This graph will indicate at what times of the day your users are scanning their credentials most frequently at your property. This graph provides data for a 24 hour time span and will refresh at 12 AM each morning.

This chart will display how many active users and active keys are currently listed within your system. It will also provide insight on how many new users have been added to your system during the given month.

This graph will display how many users were in attendance at your office or community on each day of the month. This graph only accounts for users who have scanned their credential at one of your office or community readers and successfully gained access, and each user will only be counted once. You can go back and review your monthly attendance data for any given month. The data is stored indefinitely. 

This list provides insight on your system’s busiest doors or gates. Busyness is measured by user traffic. Access points will be listed in order of most busy (access point with the most user activity) to least busy (access points the the least user activity). This data will include how many credentials have been granted access at each specific door. ‘Total Grants’ will indicate how many successful credential scans have occurred at each access point since your system went live. ‘Today’s Grants’ will indicate how many successful credential scans have occurred at each access point on the given day.

This is a list of the five earliest user arrivals at your office or community. It will display at what specific time each user arrived, as well as the entrance they used. This list will refresh at 12 AM each morning to indicate the five earliest arrivals each day.

See what times of day your access control system is being used most frequently by your users. This chart will reveal specifically how many users arrived at your property each hour of the day. This chart will also display how many successful credential scans occurred on your property each hour of the day.
