With Genea you can easily compile a report comprised of your system's key data at any time. You can also customize your reports to ensure they only include the data you specifically need. To export a list of your keys, follow the steps below.

1) Navigate to the 'Keys' section in your Genea admin dashboard.

2) Apply all necessary filters to the data. Genea reporting mirrors whatever filters you apply to your data. For example, if you're looking to pull a report that only includes active keycards within your system and not active mobile keys, you will want to apply the ['Status' > Active] and ['Type' > Keycard] filters to your data in order to pull a report that reflects only this information.

3) Press the 'Export' button.

4) A box will appear on your screen that outlines how many filters have been applied to your data. Press 'Export' to compile the report. It will be automatically generated and downloaded onto you computer as a CSV file.
