On the global dashboard page, you will see very high-level information about your locations - average attendance from each location, the total number of offline devices, the total number of alarms across the locations, etc.

Let's see each section of the Global Dashboard in detail.

Today's New Alarms: Total number of new alarm count of the day across the locations that are within the scope of data view for the logged-in user.

Today’s Attendance: Total number of user arrival count across the locations that are within the scope of data view for the logged-in user.

Offline Devices: Total number of offline controllers+ interface units across the locations that are within the scope of data view for the logged-in user.

Location Overview

The location overview table displays how many users are present at your office or community. This table only accounts for users who have scanned their credentials at one of your office or community readers and successfully gained access, and each user will only be counted once. You can choose to change the time frame you want to view data for:

• Today
• Last 7 days
• Last 30 days
• Last 90 days
• Custom Date Range

Location Name: Name of the Location
Average Daily Arrival: Average number of users present in a specific location in the selected time frame.
Busiest Day: This column indicates on which day in the selected time frame, do users have scanned their credentials most frequently at the location.

You can also export location data from your global dashboard. Export a filtered list or choose to export all data for all locations.

Location Name: Name of the Location

  • Normal: All controllers and interface units online.

  • Partially Offline: One or more units are offline.

  • Offline: All units offline.
