As of June 1st, 2022, we will no longer be supporting the Legacy Mobile API for the Genea Submeter Billing mobile app. Affected are all app versions prior to v4.0.0, which was released on April 5, 2021.

Users with app versions 4.0.0 and above will NOT BE AFFECTED. Please note that you might be automatically prompted to update to the latest app version before continuing to use the mobile app.

Anyone still using the Genea Submeter Billing v3.1.2 and older can expect the app to be unable to connect to the Genea servers, inability to upload meter reads, and other issues with the mobile app. To remedy these issues, please upgrade to the latest version of the mobile app:
