There are multiple ways to verify the version of the Genea Submeter Billing mobile app that you have installed on your device, and they differ between iOS and Android Platforms:
From the the Genea Submeter Billing mobile app:
For app versions 4.0 and newer on both iOS and Android
Launch the Genea Submeter Billing mobile application
From the Home Screen, tap "More" in the bottom-right corner
The app version will be displayed on the bottom of the screen
*Note - if your interface does not have the "more" tab, you are using a legacy app version (3.x) that should be updated
From the Operating System
Go to Settings app on your iOS device
Select General from the menu
Next, select iPhone Storage (note: this might take minute or two while your device computes the available storage)
Find and tap on Submeter Billing in the list (note: it will likely be towards the bottom of the list if it is sorted by size)
The app version will be displayed in the title section of the screen
Go to the Settings app.
Tap Apps or Applications.
Tap on any app of which you want to find the app version.
Scroll down to the end to see the app version, or it might be visible on the top side.
