Requesting Bulk Uploads / Deletions

How to submit a request for a data bulk upload.

BULK UPLOAD

At this time, we do not have a bulk upload/deletion feature available through the user interface. However, Genea allows users to upload certain data in bulk using a CSV file for specific operations, such as user onboarding. All other bulk upload requests are completed on the backend by Genea's software engineering team.

There are several data uploads and deletions that Genea can assist with to alleviate some of the workload on your end, but we require some information first. Below is a list of uploads and deletions that we can perform.

Note: The following data will be required in CSV format to execute any bulk request: For additional guidance on preparing your CSV file, refer to the Genea Help Center article: Requesting Bulk Uploads / Deletions.

USERS BULK UPLOAD or DELETION

  1. User's full name

  2. User's email (not mandatory unless mobile credentials are required)

  3. Access group name

KEYCARDS BULK UPLOAD or DELETION

  1. User's name

  2. User's email

  3. Respective card numbers

MOBILE KEY BULK UPLOAD or DELETION

  1. User's name

  2. User's email

  3. Site Location

NEW EMAIL BULK UPLOAD

  1. User's full name

  2. User's existing email address

  3. User's new email address

ACCESS GROUP BULK UPLOAD / CHANGE or DELETION

  1. User's full name

  2. User's email

  3. Access group name

LOCATION BULK UPLOAD / CHANGE or DELETION

  1. User's full name

  2. User's email

  3. Site Location

Once the required information has been gathered, please email the CSV file to acsupport@getgenea.com . For more detailed instructions and examples of CSV file formats, visit the Genea Help Center or consult your system administrator.
