1. What is Genea MCP?

Genea MCP connects your AI assistant directly to your Genea account, so you can manage access control by asking for it in plain English.

Instead of clicking through the dashboard to add a user, assign their access, and invite a visitor, you describe what you want and your assistant does it - creating the records, making the assignments, and confirming every change with you before it happens.

It works with Claude, ChatGPT, Google Antigravity, VS Code, and any other AI client that supports MCP.

Free for every Genea customer. There is nothing to purchase and nothing to request a Global Admin simply switches it on from Integrations Page.

1.1 What You Can Do With Genea MCP

Genea MCP is a blank canvas rather than a fixed menu of supported actions. If it can be done in Genea, you can generally ask for it.

1.3 How Genea MCP Keeps Your Account Safe

Three things are worth understanding before you start.

1) It works with your permissions, not around them.
Everything runs as you. If you cannot delete a door in the dashboard, you cannot delete it through your AI assistant either. Genea MCP never grants access you do not already have.

2) Every action is recorded under your name.
Changes appear in your Genea audit log exactly as if you had made them in the dashboard. Genea MCP is the route the request travels, you are still the person making the change.

3) Nothing changes without your approval.
Before anything is created, updated or removed, your assistant shows you the specific records by name and waits for you to confirm. Reading information happens immediately; changing it never does.

1.4 Where to Find Genea MCP

Everyone can see the Genea MCP card on their Profile screen. It shows whether Genea MCP is enabled for your organization and links back to this guide.

Admins and Global Admins manage it from Integrations → Roll your own → Genea MCP → Manage.

2. Getting Started with Genea MCP

Genea MCP access is controlled at three levels. All three must allow it before you can connect and work.

Think of it as three gates.

Gate 1 opens Genea MCP for the whole organization.

Gate 2 decides which roles may walk through.

Gate 3 decides what you can touch once you are inside based on your own permissions. Genea MCP does not come with its own permission set. It inherits yours exactly.

2.1 Enable Genea MCP for Your Organization (Admin)

Step 1 - Global Overview > Integrations > Genea MCP > Manage

Step 2 - Switch Enable MCP Server to on.

Genea MCP is now available to your organization, but not yet to anyone in particular. Continue to Section 2.2

2.2 Allow a Role to Connect (Admin)

Enabling Genea MCP for your organization does not automatically let everyone use it. You choose which roles can connect.

Step 1 - User Management > Custom Roles

Step 2 - Select the Role you want to give permission to

Step 3 - Enavle "Access to MCP Server"

Anyone with this role can now connect an AI assistant.

Repeat for each role that needs access. Want to learn more on roles - see Creating and managing custom roles in Genea.

2.3 Turning Genea MCP Off

Switching Enable MCP Server off on the Integrations page is an immediate stop. Every connected assistant across your organization stops working at once, whatever their individual role settings say.

Note: Your role settings are remembered. When you turn Genea MCP back on, every role returns to the setting it had before. You do not have to configure them all again.

To remove access for one role rather than the whole organization, turn off Enable MCP Server on that role instead.

2.4 Checking Your Own Access

Not an admin, and want to know whether you can use Genea MCP?

  1. Go to your Profile screen.

  2. Find the Use Genea MCP with your AI Assistant card.

  3. Check the status badge.

    1. Enabled : Genea MCP is on for your organization. If your role is also allowed, you can connect.

    2. Disabled : Genea MCP is not on for your organization. Ask a Global Admin to enable it.

3. Connecting Your AI Assistant

This is a one-time setup. Once connected, your assistant stays connected until you disconnect it or sign out.

The connector method is easier if your assistant supports it. The terminal method works almost everywhere.

3.1 Connect Claude

3.1.1 Using the connector

Step 1 - Open Settings. In Claude, open Settings.

Step 2 - Add a custom connector. Click Add custom connector.

Step 3 - Enter the details.

Step 4 - Connect. Click Add, then Connect. Your browser opens for sign-in, continue to Section 3.6

3.1.2 Using the terminal

If you use Claude Code, one command is enough:

3.2 Connect ChatGPT

3.2.1 Using Plugins

Step 1 - In ChatGPT, open Settings.

Step 2 - Select Plugins > Add > Add MCP Server

Step 3 - Enter the following details and leave everything else blank.

  • Name: Genea

  • URL: https://mcp.sequr.io/mcp

  • Type: Streamable HTTP

Step 4 - Save and connect. Click on Authenticate and continue to Section 3.6

3.2.2 Using Terminal or Codex CLI

If you use OpenAI's Codex CLI, one command is enough:

3.3 Connect Google Antigravity

Google Antigravity is Google's agent platform, covering both a desktop IDE and a terminal agent. You can connect Genea through either.

One important difference. Antigravity uses serverUrl in its configuration, not url. If you copy a config from elsewhere, change that key or the server will not load.

3.3.1 Using the Antigravity App

Step 1 - Open Settings > Customizations > Scroll down and click Open MCP Config

Step 2 - Open the mcp_config.json file and add the following.

Step 3 - You'll see an Authenticate button in Settings > Customizations.

Step 4 - Follow Sign In to Genea steps from Section 3.6

Step 6 - Paste it into the text beneath the authenticate button and click Submit.

3.3.2 Using the Antigravity IDE

Step 1 - Click on Three dots (...) and Select MCP Servers

Step 2 - Click on Manage MCP Servers and then click on View Raw Config.

Step 3 - Paste the following and Save the file.

Step 4 - Again Click on Manage MCP Server > Authenticate

Step 5 - You'll be redirected to a settigns screen where you'll see an Authenticate button.

Step 6 - Paste it into the text beneath the authenticate button and click Submit.

3.3.3 Using the Antigravity CLI

One command is enough. Note that flags come before the server name:

3.4 Connect VS Code

Step 1 - Open the Command Palette. Search for MCP: Add Server.

Step 2 - Choose HTTP. Select HTTP as the server type.

Step 3 - Enter the details.

  • URL: https://mcp.sequr.io/mcp

  • Name: Genea

Step 4 - Save. Your browser opens for sign-in - continue to Section 3.6

3.5 Connect Any Other MCP Client

Genea MCP is a standard remote MCP server, so it works with any client that supports the protocol - including tools you have built yourself.

Many clients accept a configuration file like this:

💡 Check the key your client expects. Most use url, but some like Google Antigravity among them - use serverUrl instead.

Authentication is handled by the server. When your client first connects, it sends you to Genea to sign in - there are no keys, tokens or secrets to configure on your side.

💡 If your client asks for an API key or bearer token, leave it blank. Genea MCP authenticates you through your browser instead.

3.6 Sign In to Genea

However you connect, the sign-in flow is the same. Your browser opens automatically.

Step 1 - Enter your Genea email address and click Next, then complete your normal Genea sign-in.

Already signed in to Genea in that browser? You will skip this step entirely and go straight to Step 2.

Step 2 - Select your customer.
You will see the customer accounts you have access to, along with the email you are signed in as. Choose the account this connection should use.

Step 3 — Grant access.
Review the consent screen and confirm.

The consent screen confirms that your assistant will:

  • Act on your behalf, limited to what your Genea role allows

  • Stay connected until you disconnect it

  • Return you to the application you started from

It also shows which assistant is asking, who published it, the role you are signed in as, and the customer you selected. Check these match what you expect.

Only continue if you just started this connection from your AI assistant.

Step 4 - You are connected.
Your browser confirms the connection and returns you to your assistant.

3.7 Verify, Switch Customers, Disconnect

Verify your connection

Ask your assistant something simple and read-only:

Give me the list of locations for this customer.

If it returns your Genea locations, everything is working.

  • "What access groups do we have?"

  • "List all the doors at <your location>."

  • "Create User <Name> for Location <Location Name>"

Switch to a different customer

Each connection works with one customer account at a time. This is deliberate - it means your assistant is never uncertain about which account it is acting in, and you cannot accidentally create a user in the wrong place.

  1. Sign out of the Genea connection in your assistant, or remove the connector.

  2. Connect again.

  3. Choose the other customer at Step 2 of the sign-in flow.

Disconnect

Remove the Genea connector from your assistant's settings.

An administrator can also revoke access at any time by turning off MCP Server for your role, or for the whole organization.

4. How to Use Genea MCP

There is no required syntax and no command list to learn. You describe what you want, and your assistant handles the rest - asking when it needs more, and confirming before it changes anything.

4.1 Two Ways to Ask

You can give everything at once, or work through it conversationally. Both get you to the same place - use whichever suits the moment.

Option 1 - Ask for everything at once

Best when you know exactly what you want. Include the details and your assistant confirms the whole thing in one step.

You:Create a user called Priya Sharma, priya.sharma@example.com, employee number 4471, at the Irvine location. Add her to the Engineering user group and give her access to the 3rd Floor access group.

Assistant:
Here is what I will do:
• Create Priya Sharma (priya.sharma@example.com, employee #4471) at Irvine
• Add her to the Engineering user group
• Grant access to 3rd Floor - Irvine

Assistant:

Option 2 - Work through it step by step

Best when you do not have all the details to hand, or you are not sure what is available. Your assistant asks for what is missing, one or two things at a time.

You: I need to add a new employee.

Assistant: Happy to help. What is their name and email address?

You: Ananya Iyer, ananya.iyer@example.com

Assistant: Which location should she be assigned to? You have Irvine, Ahmedabad and New York.

You: Irvine

Assistant: Got it. Would you like to give her any access groups now, or add those later?

You: Give her the standard employee access

Assistant: I will create Ananya Iyer at Irvine with the Standard Employee access group. Confirm?

You: Yes

Assistant: ✅ Done.

You can mix the two freely. Start with a detailed request, then follow up conversationally - "now add her to the parking group too". Your assistant keeps track of who you are talking about.

4.2 How Confirmations Work

Genea MCP shows you exactly what it is about to do and waits for your approval before anything changes.

Based on your AI client, at a confirmation you can:

  • ✅ Approve it "yes" - and the action runs

  • ⛔ Decline it "no" - and nothing happens at all

  • ✏️ Correct it "actually make that Ahmedabad" - and your assistant re-confirms with the change

Declining is completely safe. Nothing is partially applied. The action either runs in full after your approval, or not at all.

4.3 How Genea MCP Finds What You Mean

You do not need UUIDs, IDs or exact spellings. Genea MCP matches what you type against the records in your account.

  1. One clear match - it proceeds.

    "Show me Priya's details" → finds Priya Sharma, shows her record

  2. Several possible matches - it asks.

    "Which user do you mean" → "I found two: Addison Chapman and Addison Knight. Which one?"

  3. 🔍 No match - it tells you.
    "Show me Jonathan Smithe" → "I could not find anyone with that name. Could you check the spelling, or give me their email address?"

💡 Adding the location removes most ambiguity. "The 3rd floor door at Irvine" is almost always enough.

4.4 Tips for Better Results

  • Name things the way Genea does. "3rd Floor — Irvine" works better than "the third floor upstairs."

  • Include the location when your organization has more than one. It is the single most useful detail you can add.

  • One task at a time for anything complex. Chained requests work well, but a single clear task is more reliable.

  • Narrow big questions. Instead of "list all users," try "list suspended users at Irvine." You will get a faster, cleaner answer.

  • Do not worry about exact spelling. Genea MCP matches loosely and asks when it is not sure.

  • Ask what is possible. "What can you do with visitor invites?" is a perfectly good question.

  • Read the confirmation properly. It is the moment to catch a misunderstanding, and it takes two seconds.

  • Verify anything important. "Show me her access now" after a change is quick reassurance.

4.5 When It Gets Something Wrong

Genea MCP interprets natural language, so it will occasionally misread you especially with unusual names or ambiguous phrasing. That is expected, and the design accounts for it.

If the confirmation looks wrong, say so. Decline, or correct it in your next message. Nothing has happened yet.

If a change has already gone through incorrectly, ask your assistant to fix it "that should have been Ahmedabad, please move her" or make the correction in the dashboard. Every change is recorded in the audit log, so it is always clear what happened and when.

If it keeps misunderstanding you, be more specific: use the full record name as it appears in Genea, add the location, and break the request into smaller steps.

4.6 Working From a List or Spreadsheet/CSV

You are not limited to one record at a time. Most AI assistants can read a CSV file or a pasted list and work through it, creating each record in Genea one after another.

This is particularly useful for onboarding a group of new hires, sending several visitor invitations at once, or applying the same access change to a set of people.

How it works

  1. Attach a CSV file to your conversation, or simply paste the list as text.

  2. Tell your assistant what to do with it.

  3. Your assistant reads the list and shows you what it is about to create.

  4. Confirm once, and it works through the list, reporting as it goes.

Try Asking:

  • "Here's a CSV of our new starters. Create a user for each one at the Irvine location."

  • "Create visitor invites for everyone in this spreadsheet, all visiting Ahmedabad on Monday, hosted by Priya."

  • "Add everyone in this list to the Contractors user group."

  • "These five people are leaving on Friday. Suspend each of them."

💡 Tips:

  • Give your file clear column headings such as name, email, location and employee number. Your assistant works out the mapping from the headings.

  • If you cannot attach a file, pasting the rows as plain text works just as well.

  • Review the summary before confirming. It is the moment to catch a wrong column or a missing location.

  • Keep batches to a sensible size. Records are created one at a time, so a very long list takes a while.

  • If something fails partway through, your assistant tells you which records were created and which were not, so you can retry just the remainder.

  • In VS Code or any other IDE you can point your assistant at a file in your project rather than attaching one.

5. What You Can Ask Genea MCP

The areas below cover the main things people ask for. These are examples, not a menu - if something can be done in Genea, start by simply asking for it.

5.1 👤 Users & People

Create, find and manage the people in your account, including their locations, details and custom attributes.

Try Asking:

  • "Create a user called Anmol Mehta, anmol.mehta@example.com, at the Irvine office."

  • "Give me the list of users whose name includes 'contract'."

  • "Here's a CSV of our new starters. Create a user for each one at the Irvine location."

  • "Show me everyone who has not been activated yet."

  • "Suspend Priya Sharma."

  • "Activate this user again and restore their previous access."

  • "Update Rahul's employee number to 9988."

  • "What locations does Ananya have access to?"

  • "Give Priya access at the Ahmedabad location as well."

Template Style Prompt:

Create a user named <name>, <email>, at the <location> location

💡 Tips:

  • Supply the email address whenever you have it, it is the most reliable way to identify someone.

  • Suspending is reversible and keeps the record; deleting is not the same thing. Say which you mean.

  • Ask for a read-back after any change: "show me her details now".

  • To add several people at once, attach a CSV or paste the list. See Section 4.6

5.2 👥 User Groups

Manage user groups, control who belongs to them, and set the portal access each group grants.

Try Asking:

  • "Give me the list of user groups on this customer."

  • "Who is in the Engineering user group?"

  • "Add Priya to the Engineering group."

  • "Remove UG Test1 from the Custom Role user."

  • "Add the Ahmedabad location to the Engineering group's portal access."

  • "What access does the Contractors group have?"

💡 Tips:

  • User groups and access groups are different things. If both exist with similar names, say which you mean.

  • Ask "who is in this group?" before making bulk-looking changes.

5.3 🔑 Access Groups & Permissions

Create access groups, grant and revoke access, and set up time-bound temporary access.

Try Asking:

  • "Give me the list of access groups for this customer."

  • "Show me the access groups at the Ahmedabad location only."

  • "Give me the full details of access group '3rd Floor — Irvine'."

  • "Create an access group for the main lobby door on the Business Hours schedule."

  • "Add the 3rd Floor access group to Priya, keeping her existing access."

  • "Remove the server room access group from this user."

  • "Grant Vikram temporary access to the parking garage until Friday."

  • "Which access groups include the main lobby door?"

💡 Tips:

  • To create an access group you need a location, at least one door, and a schedule. If you do not supply them, your assistant will ask.

  • Say "keeping their existing access" when you are adding rather than replacing - it removes any ambiguity.

5.4 🚪 Doors

Find doors, review their configuration, and adjust monitoring and alarm behaviour.

Try Asking:

  • "List all the doors at the Irvine location."

  • "Tell me about the main entrance door."

  • "Create a door called Loading Bay at Ahmedabad."

  • "Change the held-open alarm delay on the lobby door to 60 seconds."

  • "Enable REX-triggered unlock on the rear door."

  • "Which access groups grant access to the server room door?"

  • "Delete the test door at Irvine."

Template Style Prompt:

Show me the details for the <door name> door at <location>

💡 Tips:

  • Door names repeat across locations more often than you would expect. Include the location.

  • Ask "which access groups include this door?" before deleting one.

5.5 🔓 Remote Door Control

Lock, unlock and set lockdowns on real hardware, immediately.

Try Asking:

  • "Unlock the front door."

  • "Lock the server room door."

  • "Give a quick unlock on the lobby door."

  • "Put the east entrance into lockdown."

  • "Clear the lockdown on the east entrance."

💡 Tips:

  • ⚠️ These take effect immediately on physical hardware. Your assistant always names the exact door and waits for your approval first.

  • If a door's controller is offline, the action cannot be carried out. And the AI client will inform you about the controller status

5.6 🕐 Schedules

Review and manage the access schedules that determine when access groups are active.

Try Asking:

  • "List every schedule configured for this customer."

  • "Show me the schedules at the Irvine location."

  • "What are the full details of the Business Hours schedule?"

  • "Create a weekday-only schedule for the Irvine location."

  • "Show me the schedules along with the doors and access groups attached to them."

  • "Update the description on the Night Shift schedule."

Template Style Prompt:

Create a schedule at <location> running <days> from <start time> to <end time>

💡 Tips:

  • Ask for schedules "with their attached doors and access groups" to see what a change would affect.

  • A schedule that is still attached to an access group cannot be removed — detach it first.

Manage your hardware - register, configure, check status, reboot and handle replacements.

Try Asking:

  • "List every controller across all locations."

  • "Is the Irvine controller online?"

  • "Give me the full detail of this controller, including its memory and web configuration."

  • "Reboot the Ahmedabad controller."

  • "Register a new controller at the Irvine location."

  • "Update this controller's network settings to use a static IP."

  • "List the interface panels at Irvine."

  • "Which bus addresses are free on this controller's downstream port?"

  • "Move this panel to a different address on the same port."

💡 Tips:

  • Rebooting briefly takes a controller offline. Your assistant names the controller and waits for approval.

  • A controller must be online for most actions. Check status first if something fails.

  • Ask for free bus addresses before adding a panel — it saves a round trip.

5.8 🔌 Control, Monitor, Input & Output Points

Work with the individual points wired into your controllers and panels.

Try Asking:

  • "List the control points at the Irvine location."

  • "Turn on the control point for the gate."

  • "Turn it off again."

  • "Show me the monitor points and their current alarm states."

  • "Mask the monitor point on the rear exit."

  • "Unmask it."

  • "Which input points are still spare?"

  • "Which output points are not attached to anything?"

Template Style Prompt:

Show me the control points on the <controller name> controller

💡 Tips:

  • Masking a monitor point stops it reporting alarms without changing anything else about it. Remember to unmask.

  • Asking for "spare" or "unattached" points is the fastest way to find free wiring.

5.9 🎫 Cards, PINs & Mobile Credentials

Issue and manage the credentials people use to get through doors.

Try Asking:

  • "Show me all the cards belonging to Priya Sharma."

  • "Issue a physical card to Rahul."

  • "Create a mobile credential for Ananya."

  • "Deactivate this card — it has been lost."

  • "Mark that card as found."

  • "List the active cards at the Irvine location."

  • "What is the validity window on this PIN?"

  • "Expire this PIN now."

  • "List every card format configured for this customer."

  • ⚠️ Emergency plans change doors and control points across a whole location. Your assistant states which plan, which location and what will happen, then waits for your explicit approval.

7. Troubleshooting

  1. "MCP access isn't enabled"
    Genea MCP has not been turned on for your organization. Ask a Global Admin to enable it from Integrations > Roll your own > Genea MCP, then start the connection again from your AI assistant.

  2. "Your role can't connect"
    Genea MCP is on for your organization, but your role is not allowed to connect an AI assistant. Ask a Global Admin to turn on Enable MCP Server for your role in User Management > Custom Roles, then connect again.

  3. "Your session expired"
    The connection took too long to finish, or you signed out of Genea in another browser tab partway through. Click Back to login and start the connection again from your AI assistant.

  4. Your requests suddenly stop working
    An administrator has turned off Genea MCP for your organization or your role while you were connected. Retrying will not help. Once access is restored, remove the connection and add it again.

  5. "You don't have permission to do that"
    Your Genea role does not include the permission that action requires. Genea MCP is working correctly here, applying your existing permissions. Your assistant will name the missing permission. Ask a Global Admin to add it to your role, or ask a colleague who has it to make the change.

  6. You cannot find the option to add a custom connector
    Most AI assistants let a workspace administrator control whether members can add custom MCP servers, and many turn it off by default. Two things to check:

    1. In Claude on a Team or Enterprise plan, only an Owner can add custom connectors. Ask them to add Genea once for the organization; it then appears in everyone's connector list.

    2. In ChatGPT, custom MCP servers require Developer mode, found under Settings > Apps & Connectors > Advanced Settings. On Business, Enterprise or Edu plans an administrator must allow custom MCP before that toggle appears.

  7. Your assistant cannot find the record you mean
    Either nothing matched closely enough, or several things did. If several matched, your assistant lists them and asks you to choose. If nothing matched, check the name as it appears in the Genea dashboard and include the location.

  8. The answer is too large to return
    Your request matched more records than can be returned at once. Narrow it by adding a location, a status or a date range. For example, "list suspended users at Irvine" rather than "list all users".

  9. A door or controller action fails
    The device's controller is most likely offline. Ask "is the [location] controller online?" to check. Remote door actions and controller reboots need the controller to be reachable.

  10. Google Antigravity does not load the server
    The configuration key is probably wrong. Antigravity expects serverUrl, not url. Open View raw config and check the Genea entry matches the example in Section 3.3

  11. The connection shows as active, but nothing works
    Your session may have ended without the client updating. Remove the Genea connection from your assistant's settings and add it again, following Section 3.

8. Frequently Asked Questions

8.1 Access and permissions

  1. Can I control who uses Genea MCP?
    Yes, at two levels. A Global Admin decides whether Genea MCP is available to your organization at all, and then which roles are allowed to connect. Beyond that, each person is limited to their own Genea permissions.

  2. Does Genea MCP give anyone extra access?
    No. It works entirely within the permissions you already have. If you cannot do something in the Genea dashboard, you cannot do it through your AI assistant either.

  3. Is everything I do recorded?
    Yes. Every action appears in your Genea audit log under your own name, exactly as if you had done it in the dashboard. Genea MCP is the route the request travels; you are still the person making the change.

  4. Why can my colleague do something I cannot?
    Their Genea role includes a permission yours does not. Genea MCP mirrors your dashboard permissions exactly.

  5. Someone left the company. Does their AI assistant still have access?
    No. Their access ends when their Genea account is deactivated, the same as the dashboard.

8.2 Setup and connection

  1. Does Genea MCP cost anything?
    No. It is available to every Genea customer at no extra cost.

  2. Do I need an API key?
    No. You sign in with your normal Genea credentials. There is nothing to generate, copy or store.

  3. Which AI assistants can I use?
    Any assistant that supports MCP, including Claude, ChatGPT, Google Antigravity, VS Code, as well as anything you have built yourself. See Section 3.

  4. I used to use Gemini CLI. What now?
    Google Antigravity is where Google's MCP support now lives, and Antigravity CLI replaced Gemini CLI. See Section 3.3.

  5. Can I connect more than one customer account?
    Each connection works with one customer account at a time. This is deliberate: it means your assistant is never uncertain about which account it is acting in. To work with a different customer, disconnect and connect again, choosing the other account when you sign in.

  6. How long does my connection last?
    Until you disconnect it, sign out, or an administrator changes your access. There is no routine re-authentication.

  7. Can I use it on my phone?
    If your AI assistant supports MCP connections on mobile, yes. The connection is tied to your account rather than a device.

  8. How do I disconnect?
    Remove the Genea connection from your AI assistant's settings. An administrator can also revoke access at the organization or role level, which takes effect immediately.

8.3 Using Genea MCP day to day

  1. Why does it ask me to confirm everything?
    Because it is changing your live access control system. Before anything is created, changed or removed, you see the specific records by name and approve them. Reading information does not need confirmation and happens straight away.

  2. Can I create several users or invitations at once?
    Yes. Attach a CSV file or paste a list into your conversation and ask your assistant to work through it. It reads the list, shows you what it will create, and then creates each record in turn. See Section 4.6.

  3. Can it do something I did not ask for?
    It will not change anything you didn't ask for.

  4. What if it misunderstands me?
    Tell it. You can correct it mid-conversation, for example "no, the Ahmedabad one", and it will adjust and confirm again. Because every change is confirmed first, misunderstandings are usually caught before anything happens.

  5. What if a change goes through incorrectly?
    Fix it the same way you would fix any other change: ask your assistant to correct it, or make the correction in the dashboard. Everything is recorded in the audit log, so it is always clear what happened.

  6. Does it work if my organization uses User Groups?
    Yes. Genea MCP works with both the User Groups flow and the standard flow, and adapts automatically to how your account is configured.

  7. How do I know what it can do?
    Ask it. "What can you do with visitor invites?" or "what can you help me with?" are perfectly good questions. Section 5 also lists the main areas.
